100 Up

Ok I've racked up 100 blog posts now (Quite proud as I thought I wasn't the kind of person to have a blog) so how predictable to mark the occasion than answering the 1st old school 100 questions about yourself thingy google finds me:

1. ONE OF YOUR SCARS, HOW DID YOU GET IT?
Sawing my thumb instead of a log during conservation in 5th form. I didn't make a fuss & rocked up to physics looking like an extra out of a horror movie. The person next to me in class who commented on it went on to be a big star in Twighlight so perhaps I inspired his love of all things blood.


2. WHAT IS ON THE WALLS IN YOUR ROOM?

3. DO YOU SNORE, GRIND YOUR TEETH, OR TALK IN YOUR SLEEP?
Grind teeth. Someone else will have to tell me of the others one day, or a phone app.

Indie music, cheesy pop, stuff from the late 80s/early 90s that remind me of primary school car journeys (Beach Boys/Bruce Hornsby and The Range/Aztec Camera/Deacon Blue etc)

I've been told but no


6. WHAT DO YOU WANT MORE THAN ANYTHING RIGHT NOW?
Good health, trips out and about with close friends/ family

Playing sport, old much loved pets

An old football scarf of the club I support bought for me from my Grandpa not long before he passed away

YESSS. Well not if on my own in somewhere that's not locked but around groups of people much prefer open spaces

Clay & Logan in OTH (it's emotional ok!) and was just a small watering of the eye ;)

Being alone. I like my own company but in a when I'm out my cave kind of way. That or heights.

Brunette/Dark Blonde. Green/Brown.

Who knows the future. Would be an in the moment thing rather than something planned for ages though I think.

Neither. I'm a water or peppermint/ nettle tea person these days. Trying to avoid caffeine/adrenaline rushes. Living the high life hey.

Chicken (though I really should be a vegetarian one day)

Yes and no. I still don't write joined up. It's not like I didn't learn at school but some stubborn streak in me rejects it. Even if I had to do a 1000 word essay.

If I were another person there would be no me. But in the spirit of the question I would probably find it hard to get to know me (that's the current me not the other new me. God it's confusing) I'm a very few close friends type of person and maybe a bit of a closed book to get to know. But then oddly can be so open to the right people.

The making of the film? Ok I really need to get my sarcastic side in check if I'm ever going to finish this. Nope.

They can attract/ help get you noticed, but it's personality/connection that makes things last.

I tend to stew silently instead! I could have a good old rage in my past but these days refer peace over conflict.

To achieve peace of mind, do my best.

It was either a game where you built a castle and then had to try and knock your opponents one to bits with catapults (my destructive side) or a little steering wheel and screen you had to drive a car down 3 lanes avoiding traffic (appealed to my ocd side).

Not sure about fastest but it became a tradition when young that whenever Crocodile Rock by Elton John came on my mum would shake the steering wheel from side to side in time with the musical intro bit. Road safety at work.

How To Put Up A Christmas Tree

 Step 1 - move heavy pot in place

Step 2 - fetch said tree (don't fret Henry, we don't need protecting)

Step 3 - drag in said tree (why does my brain think 'this is good practice if I ever have to hide a dead body')

Step 4 - Grab your comfort toy (the outside coming in is scary)

Step 5 - In times of great stress, eat.

Can't believe I wanted to be the person below when growing up, maybe you can! Such a shame Paul "Gazza" Gascgoigne's troubles got in the way of his career after playing. An old vhs video (I still own, I'm a bit sentimental at hanging on to things you'll find) from my childhood (google what they are kids) of him coaching kids football skills at Wembley is still an inspiration to me to the days when my health allows me to reach goals I want to achieve. Don't worry, I'll be leaving the singing well alone.
